afj coordinates youth pastoral and Catholic youth work in Germany. It acts as networkers, supporters and pioneers. It combines different departments that focuss on topics like Political Education, Altar Servers and Education in Arts and Culture, Youth ministry of the German Bishops´Conference, Faith Formation and Youth Pastoral.

Federation of Catholic-Social Formation Centers in Germany 

aksb is an nationwide active catholic organisation of political education for youth and adults. They represent 60 catholic academies, educational institutions, associations and alliances. Their various institutions offer educational seminars where political and social information and backgrounds are being conveyed and questions of social coexistance are being discussed.

Catholic Federal Association for the Education of Adults

The Catholic Federal Association is one of the five prominent publicly funded umbrella organisations of adult education in the Federal Republic of Germany.

As umbrella organisation, the KBE represents a network of diversely structured suppliers of education throughout the country not only in the field of general adult education, but also within the sphere of vocational training. In this way, it inspires local and regional discourses concerned with the development of a "learning society".
