2011-03-14 In 2007, the European launched an Action Plan on Adult Learning. The purpose of this Action Plan was to develop an efficient adult learning system accessible to everyone. The main objectives related to participation, the quality and efficiency of the system, recognition of the results of learning and the monitoring of this sector. The Commission now organized a conference to discuss the outcomes of the Action Plan, that expired in 2010. |
